Visitor Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please follow these guidelines.

No Food or Beverages

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the galleries. A café is available in the courtyard.

Photography

Non-flash photography for personal use is permitted. Tripods and professional equipment require prior written permission.

Respectful Conduct

Please maintain decorum appropriate to a heritage institution. Loud noise and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

Supervised Children

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Cloakroom for Large Bags

Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted inside galleries. A free cloakroom is available at the entrance.

Dress Appropriately

Modest dress is expected. The museum reserves the right to request visitors to cover up if deemed necessary.

No Smoking

The entire campus is a no-smoking zone, including outdoor areas.

Emergency Exits

Please note the location of emergency exits and follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency.
