The Founding Era
India's constitutional journey, Nehru's vision, and the nation's formative years — preserved and brought to life.
Block I houses the museum's founding story — the remarkable transition from colonial rule to independent democratic republic. Spread across Buildings 1 and 2, the galleries cover India's constitutional history, the vision of its first Prime Ministers, rare archival materials and gifts from world leaders. Special interactive installations include the AI Holobox and Robotic Calligraphy.
